In the kitchen you will work with hot open fryers and pressure fryers, grills, warmers, hot food, and raw chicken as well. You will be expected to follow time, temperature, and quality standards to ensure we serve our guests with hot delicious and safe food. Kitchen positions can be physically demanding.
