The Operations Manager is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing daily operations and keeping team members and team leaders accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. The Operations Manager's main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members and team leaders. The Operations Manager will lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
This role is a highly developmental role that is focused on improving restaurant performance by executing Chick-fil-A’s vision of being the most caring company. The Operations Director will be responsible for restaurant operations, financials, sales growth, assisting in talent acquisition, leadership development, and guest experience.
