• Team Member contests geared to increase check average and to push specific products
• Create marketing materials to complement promotions when needed
• Sampling products: develop a schedule, train Team Members, track samples, track impact on product sampled
• Show Team Members how to own the numbers so they can help you achieve the goals
• Identify the "how" and then train them on what their role is

• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for within Chick-fil-A and Operator approved guidelines

• Create a marketing plan (Annual, Quarterly and Monthly) to achieve sales building goals throughout the organization

• Develop,manage and coordinate catering contacts

• Manage and coordinate Catering orders at the store

• Manage and coordinate both internal,external marketing events and activities

• Execute corporate issued marketing promotions
• Create and drive results for short-term and long-term goals at all levels in the organization
• Track and analyze past sales building activities and build on success
• Representation of the brand Chick-fil-A, Operator, and their values favorably in the community as a brand ambassador
• Seek and develop strategic marketing emotional connections that enhance brand awareness in the community
• Foster the development of strong relationships with our guests and community
• As the chief steward of marketing, ensure all marketing-related resources (costumes, tents, POP etc.) are clean and in proper working order
• Promote Team Members serving each other and guests
• Work in operations to build relationships and to serve Team Members and Guests
• Execute office work in restaurant dining room
