Our restaurant's Front of House Team Members play a vital role in providing guests with an exceptional dining experience. They are the first point of contact and are responsible for offering Chick-fil-A's signature service and food. We prioritize being attentive and courteous to all guests, ensuring prompt and accurate service with genuine hospitality. Our front-of-house positions include dining room hosts, hospitality, registers, face-to-face, drive-through window attendants, and curbside delivery. We offer comprehensive training for all positions to ensure our team members feel confident in delivering excellent service.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and culture at the highest level
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by always protecting and upholding our brand as you attend to customer concerns.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, speed, accuracy, and customer service at all times.
  • Meet with shift lead to receive specific position and duty(s) on current shift.
  • Follow the Chick-fil-A rules and dress code all the time.
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
  • Ability to multitask quickly yet thoroughly
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
