Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure smooth operations of the front of house, including managing the dining area, taking orders, and handling customer inquiries.
• Train and develop team members to uphold Chick-fil-A standards and provide an outstanding dining experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless flow of service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven record of leading teams.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled at having difficult accountability conversations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
