As a Drive-Thru Engagement Specialist, you will get to work both indoor and outdoor using iPOS technology to take guests orders and deliver their food promptly and accurately.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome
• Assist Guests with questions about the menu
• Enter order accurately in iPOS and clarify order details
• Repeat order with meal name to ensure order accuracy
• Relay order total to guest
• Receive payment
• Give guest clear direction to the next stop of their journey

Chick-fil-A, Inc., Founder S. Truett Cathy started the business in 1946, when he and his brother, Ben, opened an Atlanta diner known as The Dwarf Grill (later renamed The Dwarf House®).
