The Director of Team Development is responsible for creating, coordinating and evaluating orientation and training plans for Team Members in a manner that reflects the purpose and quality requirements of Chick-fil-A, Inc., as well as the mission, vision and values of Chick-fil-A Calallen.The Director of Team Development is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. The Director of Team Development communicates with other Restaurant Leaders to ensure the training and coaching needs of Team Members are met and Team Members are growing in knowledge and skills.
