At Chick-fil-A Poplar Avenue, we strive to have the freshest food possible. That means we have deliveries every morning (Monday-Saturday) from our distributor! We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and professional inventory specialist to come in from 5am-10am, Monday through Saturday, to help us get our back of house inventory organized and set up properly so that we can serve our guests well throughout the day.

General Responsibilities:

• Put away food and paper items delivered on each mornings' truck using a strict FIFO method (first in, first out)
• Organize chicken in the freezer by putting the newest chicken in the back so that it gets rotated properly each day
• Count and track all inventory in the store on a daily basis
• Ensure missing inventory items are accounted for each day by communicating with our distributor
• Complete daily truck order to maintain on-hand inventory
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks
