The Back of House Director is responsible for overseeing the kitchen team in all aspects of Back of House operations and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience.

The Back of House Director is responsible for ensuring all kitchen policies and procedures are being met at all times. This position requires the Back of House Director to know all Chick-fil-A standards and ensure recipes are being followed accurately.

The Back of House Director should have a vast knowledge of food safety and insure all food safety standards are being met.

Back of House Director Responsibilities :

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and / or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Insures all food safety procedures are being utilized and followed
• Oversees kitchen leadership team
• Insures all food safety procedures are being utilized and followed
• Implements kitchen operational procedures to increase business performance
• Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
