Assistant Manager

We are seeking a manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our restaurant. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and Team Member happiness.

Section 1 : Requirements

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Well versed in food safety and restaurant guidelines
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Teamwork oriented
• Ability to foster a positive work environment
• Previous restaurant / food service management experience required
• Must be at least 21 years old

Section 2 : Duties / Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner
• Willing to be hands-on in the Front and Back of House
• Coach Team Members
• Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
• Maintain Proper Quality Parameters
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills

Section 3 : Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
