Chick-fil-A | Marble Hill is Hiring a Team Member Near New York, NY
At Chick-fil-A Marble Hill, being a team member is more than just a job, it’s an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day. We want to ensure all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
We are looking for Back of House (kitchen) and Front Of House (guest facing) Team Members to join our new Chick-fil-A opening in the Marble Hill section of the Bronx. There are both full-time and part-time positions available. Saturday availability is preferred.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The responsibility of our team members is to provide the highest level of hospitality, continually going above and beyond to ensure guests have a remarkable experience.
Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Know and execute the CFA Core Four: (1) make eye contact with the guest. (2) smile genuinely at the guest, (3) speak enthusiastically to the guest and (4) stay connected with the guest
- Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service
- Have a warm, uplifting and encouraging attitude in the restaurant
- Be a team player - always looking for opportunities to assist your fellow team members
- Exhibit strong communication skills and elevated language with guests, colleagues and management.
- Execute all procedures as laid out by leaders (this includes Food Safety, Service, Operations and Cleanliness)
- Proactively contribute to the cleanliness of both guest and team member areas. Cleaning dining area/bathrooms and dishes
- Promote a welcoming and kind environment between yourself and other team members
- Respect your teammates by being on time for shifts
- Always move with intention, work with hustle and maintain composure in high stress situations
