Chick-fil-A | Haywood Rd is Hiring a Customer Service Team Member (Full-time) Near Greenville, SC

Full-time Availability (from $15/hour)

Requirements: 

  • Minimum age: 15 years old 

Job Requirements (Front of House): 

  • Execute hospitality in the dining room and drive-through by ensuring each guest's needs are tended to promptly 
  • Contribute to a pleasant and hospitable environment by remaining calm and diligent, especially during peak sales periods 
  • Eagerly interact with and clearly communicate with guests 
  • Become knowledgeable of all menu items 
  • Perform cleaning and organizational duties as needed 
  • While every Saturday is not required, every employee is expected to have some Saturday availability
  • All team members must adhere to our appearance guidelines (no more than 2 piercings/ear, no facial hair, natural hair color, no visible tattoos)
  • Scheduling Information:
  • Monday-Saturday availability (work schedule will be 4-5 days)
  • Full-time with open availability starts at $15/hour. Must be 18 .
  • 32-40 hours/week

Job Requirements (Back of House):

  • Demonstrate knowledgeable of all BOH procedures
  • Contribute to a remarkable guest experience through accurate preparation and presentation of food
  • Participate in a safe and healthy workplace by maintaining a clean working environment
  • Perform all necessary kitchen cleaning and organizational duties for your assigned role
  • Maintain a level of professionalism and calmness in order to create a pleasant and hospitable environment
  • Every employee is expected to have some Saturday availability (not every Saturday)
  • All team members must adhere to our appearance guidelines (no more than 2 piercings/ear, no facial hair, natural hair color)
