Kitchen Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience in a Professional manner. This ensures that all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A food and service. This should include pleasant interactions with Guests and Team Members, adherence to production procedures and standards, and fulfilling orders accurately and rapidly. Team members will be tasked with ensuring we are meeting the requirements necessary to create a culture of caring for our guests and each other all day, every day. A cheerful attitude accompanied with a desire to get things done, all with a Professional attitude, is required. Must be able to take initiative and have a sense of urgency.
