  • Front of House Team Member:
    Your job is way more than a transaction, it's an interaction! Your job is hospitality at its finest, creating experiences that are remarkable. You will take ownership of making sure the customer is cared for. Whether you are working the register, bagging, stocking supplies, making milkshakes, or even working multiple stations at once, the Front of House Team Member makes the experience a memorable one.
  • MUST BE 16yrs or older. 16-17yr olds must be willing to work on a part-time basis during school year.
  • Speak Functional English at Interview and with Customers
  • All New team members start at $12 an hour for first 2-weeks of training. Then move up to $14 for full-time or $13 for part-time.
  • A Team Member’s primary responsibility is to help provide our guests with efficient, courteous service, quality food, and a clean, pleasant environment for their dining. We are looking for a team player with contagious energy who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to serve our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be available to work (36 hours) $14 Full-time. or Partime ( 21-35 hours is $13 )
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation
  • Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • Mobility required during shifts
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
  • Must be an energetic individual that can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have interchangeable ability to work both indoors and OUTSIDE POSTIONS.
  • Must be available Friday nights.
  • Must be fully available on Saturday.
  • Must be willing to expand skills from order taking to food preparation as well.
  • Do you live within 7 miles from our restaurant located in Doral, zip code 33178
  • MUST BE 16yrs or older. HIGHSCHOOLERS must willing to work NO LESS THAN 21 HOURS A WEEK during school year.

  • High School students MUST work 2 school nights From Mon-Thurs.
