The Catering Sales Manager responsibilities:-Grow our Catering business-Ensure food safety and quality standards are in compliance-Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, inventory management, team management, and financial accountability.-Guest engagement through social media platformsThe ideal candidate must have EXCELLENT collaboration and communication skills.-Bachelor's Degree and/or Associates Degree /Military leadership experience-2 years of catering and client acquisition experience-Exceptional organizational skills to help manage our operation-Servsafe food manager's certification-Proficient with current technology-Proven catering sales portfolio-Clean driving record-Strong written skills-Planner-Able to lift up to 50lbs-Self Motivated-Open availability
