We are a locally owned small business looking to expand our leadership team. Our two locations are Chick-fil-A 101 & Telephone (Ventura, CA in the Winco Shopping Center) and Chick-fil-A Riverpark (Oxnard, CA across the street from The Collection).

The General Manager (Internally called an Operations Director) is responsible for:

• Motivating and inspiring the leadership team to pursue organizational objectives
• Leading the Team in daily operations, including all aspects of guest satisfaction (including but not limited to food safety, taste of food, fast and accurate service, cleanliness and friendly team members) in all sales channels.
• Coordinating with the Human Resources Director on hiring needs and team member accountability and documentation.
• Managing all Facilities and Equipment repairs and maintenance including managing all associated budgets.
• Ensure team members are trained with excellence and held accountable to the standard.
• Ensure proper team member and leadership staffing levels at all time and within allocated budget.
• Developing three and six month business plan

• Create a leadership development plan for each Leader and coach him or her to drive business results
• Provide role clarity to each Leader and Team Member
• Provide expectations, encouragement, feedback and accountability to Team Members and Leaders
• Ensure Food Safety Daily Critical is thoroughly and correctly completed
• Use internal communication systems to ensure critical tasks are completed
• Create 30- and 90-day business plans to drive business results
• Ensure new rollouts and initiative go smoothly, including team member training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.50 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
