You are great at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Wipe tables or seats with spray cleaner and clean bus rags.
- Re-set tables with napkin and condiment caddies. Wipe them if needed.
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchen for cleaning, or place items in bus tubs.
- Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties in establishments, such as dining room or kitchen, to facilitate customer service.
- Help support back of house staff and front of the house staff to serve customers in a fast and efficient way.
- Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
- Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
