Under the direction of the chief administrative officer, this position manages the Office of Inspector General’s (OIG) budgetary, accounting, billing, and collection and purchasing activities, and performs related duties as required.
DUTIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a directly related field with 15 credit hours in Accounting, plus five years of professional accounting experience of which two years are in a supervisory role related to the responsibilities of the position, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

ANNUAL SALARY: Range: $80,628 – $132,708 (annual increases)
Starting $80,628 (non-negotiable); Post successful six-month review $82,644
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT: Employees must be a resident of the City of Chicago and proof of residency is required at the commencement of employment.
