The Chicago office of our midsized law firm client (under 75 attorneys) is seeking an associate who has 4-8 years of employment litigation/counseling and commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have handled employment proceedings in court and before administrative agencies, counseled clients on a range of employment issues, created and revised employee handbooks and policies, and handled complex commercial litigation matters. The expected billables are only 1,650 hours, which include pro bono, marketing and business development.
