Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
- Experience in traditional marketing methods such as print advertising and advertising sales.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in copywriting and content creation.
- Google Analytics certification is preferred.
