CRCSI is hiring a Lead Patient Services Coordinator responsible for leading a team of Patient Service Coordinators in front desk process and the call center.

CRCSI's Outpatient Programs core services are to provide adults and children Individual, Family or Group Therapy to promote positive outcomes for mental health treatment. We have Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners and Therapists who serve an array of specialty areas in Uniontown and Connellsville.

How does this job contribute to the program?

The Lead Patient Services Coordinator position is responsible for managing the Patient Services Coordinators (PSC) Staff in their daily duties of front desk and call center. The Lead will work closely with all Program Managers, Senior Management and will report to the Program Manager of Outpatient Operations.

The Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) team works at the Front Desk greeting patients when they arrive or leave for appointments. In addition, the PSC team also works in our Call Center to take all incoming calls to the Agency. Most of these calls are directed to Outpatient Operations, however, there are calls that need to be transferred to Administration or one of the other programs. The PSC Lead will need to be proficient in both settings.

This position will manage the PSC team from scheduling, registration processes, payment reconciliation, payroll processes of timecards and paid time off, supplies, etc.

What is a typical schedule for this position?

The outpatient offices are open Monday through Friday, and the Lead PSC is a full-time position should be available to work any hours of operation from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or a GED, preferred candidates will have an associate degree in health services administration. Individuals should have 3 years of experience in health services administration with one-year preferred leadership or management experience.
