Our optometric practice is looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to fulfill our Receptionist position in our Waverly location. This position is scheduled for 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. The duties of this position include but are not limited to greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, entering pre-appointment patient information in our electronic health records system and confirming appointments, collection of all insurance co-pays and appropriate amount of payment for an office visit and/or materials ordered and posting of all payments in our electronic health records system. This position requires significant organizational, communication, and computer/phone skills. Benefits: Group health insurance plan, pension plan, paid vacation and sick leave.
