The Basics Own and manage our birthday program and marketing events (e.g., seminars, client appreciation, lunch & learns, happy hours, etc.). Manage our database and keep the information up to date and accurate. Create and manage marketing calendar. Schedule and complete follow up tasks within customer relationship management platform Help plan and execute gifts or special events for borrowers, realtors, or business partners Create regular engaging and compliant content for social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc. Provide simple updates to loan officers’ websites Other tasks as assigned What You Bring Excellent organization and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook Knowledge and familiarity with various social media platforms Salesforce experience, a plus Self-driven individual who can work well in team-oriented atmosphere Compensation Details $15.00 – $20.00 per hour.
