Job Description

• Assist in creating content marketing including but not limited to newsletters, website content, email campaign, etc.
• Depending on capabilities, assist with website development
• Assist with graphic design with utilization of tools such as Adobe InDesign, Microsoft and Google, Canva
• Assist with company culture program (data gathering, PowerPoint presentation, digital and print media)
• Project photography and videos as needed
• Aid in development, order and organization of promotional items
• Contribute with public relations efforts
• Create social media posts as requested
• Create and maintain databases
• Help with Company branded apparel
• Assist with coordinating company and client events
• Represent Chamberlin at industry, client and employee events as needed
• Other tasks as may be assigned

Jobs Requirements:

Experience/Education: Four-year degree in marketing or related field. If applicant does not have a four-year degree in marketing or a related field, they must have a minimum of two (2) years hands-on graphic design and formal writing (with samples)

• You MUST have a strong work ethic and are capable of being a self-starter
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Creative thinker and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communication channels simultaneously
• Able to work at least 40 hours per week and more when necessary
• Career ambition to move up within Chamberlin and help grow the team
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to climb scaffolding, stairs, ladders (for picture/video purposes when needed, you will never be let alone)
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• At least an intermediate level of proficiency with InDesign, Design Software and PowerPoint
• Technical Writing experience a plus
