Summary
The purpose of this position is to continuously improve production processes in order to reach best in class performance on Quality, Delivery and Cost.

• drive Chemprene Production to reduce waste in production processes.

Individual Accountability

• Defining actions to improve Quality/Delivery/Cost
• Facilitating production improvement workshops onsite
• Maintain and lead Chemprene’s ISO 9001 program
• Steering and coaching company within Quality
• Shared accountabilities
• Liaison with inter-company departments to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Share information within company departments to problem solve and assign corrective actions
• Agree, collect and track necessary data on production performance

Required Experience:
Requirements *Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (technical, engineering) *Experience in management *Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; Lead Auditor Certified Preferred *Knowledge of Continuous Improvement approach *Knowledge of LEAN production principles *Knowledge of Quality systems *Understanding of cultural differences in global environment *Interpersonal skills / good communication in English *Technical background *Problem solving skills *Experienced in leading projects *Excellent leadership skills and Business Acumen *Role model for the Ammega Values *Excellent computer skills incl. MS Office
