Role Overview:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to improve the financial lives of our clients and build lasting relationships. This role is the first point of contact for our company, crucial in delivering an exceptional client experience that stimulates client advocacy.
Responsibilities:
Relationship Building:
· Develop and nurture meaningful, long-term relationships by promptly resolving queries, requests, and issues, ensuring a seamless experience that minimizes stress and anxiety for all parties involved.
· Provide direct, positive, and personalized service to make clients feel valued and appreciated for entrusting their financial lives with us.
· Strive to exceed client expectations at every interaction, contributing to a culture of client advocacy.
Client Service Management:
· Collaborate closely with advisors to manage, maintain, and adapt a systematic client service system that actively engages advisors with clients.
· Implement service-oriented duties, including assisting clients with account applications, facilitating administrative service requests, and ensuring seamless transactions.
Administrative Support:
· Act as a client liaison to other team members, ensuring a high level of assistance is provided to clients and that outstanding opportunities are always met.
· Provide backup assistance for team members and perform various administrative duties for all areas of business as needed.
Operational Coordination:
· Schedule and maintain appointment calendars for advisors as needed.
· Coordinate with the financial planning analyst to obtain and prepare all reports for client meetings.
· Prepare pre- and post-meeting summaries for advisors on issues of note.
· Set up, process, retire, and archive client records, including tracking of all contact and maintaining official records.
Client Engagement:
· Maintain positive client relationships by coordinating appropriate birthday, holiday, and special occasion cards and greetings.
· Perform tasks as assigned in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications:
· College degree or higher.
· 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
