What You’ll Do

  • You will own and create the strategy and delivery of customer support for the organization. 
  • You will be supporting our customer base both directly through conversations (via email, chat, phone) and indirectly through creating and maintaining documentation. 
  • You will manage and empower a team of customer support specialists.
  • You are skilled at defining key performance metrics, regularly reporting on impact, and folding those insights into future decision making.
  • You will work cross-functionally with teammates across the organization to strategize, test, and build each piece of the customer journey, including responding to issues / questions, onboarding, newsletters, etc. in order to have a positive impact on customers.
  • You will drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies in the creation and maintenance of support content and overall strategy to make the customer experience more impactful with each iteration.
  • You are passionate about developing a deep understanding of customer needs and how our customers can unlock value.
  • You're comfortable being uncomfortable and figuring things out on the fly. Our team is small and ever-changing, but we'll give you the autonomy to help build processes from scratch.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a related job discipline.
  • Strong organizational, creativity and executive functioning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven record of effective relationship building.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Desire to make a meaningful impact.
