Title : Stipend - Paraprofessionals for Special Education Summer Program (ELC) (Internal Only) (Summer 2024)

General Duties : The Special Education Paraprofessionals are expected to :

• Assist with the daily instruction to children
• Follow school policies and procedures and document as necessary

Qualifications :

• Present Paraprofessional or Certified teacher in the Chelsea Public Schools or
• Paraprofessional with Certification SPED, PK-2, K-3, 1-6 and experience with young children
• Paraprofessional with experience in grades Pre-k to 3

Compensation : $1760

Dates / Time : Summer school work and planning includes, but is not limited to, the summer school schedule which is :

Please note, the summer schedule is a bit unorthodox due to the 4th of July.

Summer School will run from July 1st-July 25th. School Day is 8AM-12PM

• Week 1 - Monday July 1st - Friday July 3rd (3 day week)
• Week 2 - Monday July 8th - Friday July 12th (5 day week)
• Week 3 - Monday July 15th -Thursday July 18th
• Week 4 - Monday July 22nd - Thursday July 25th
