We are seeking a service-oriented, upbeat professional to be the face of our organization as our patient care coordinator / front desk receptionist. This role is an integral part of the team whose main objective is to ensure our patients and medical providers are cared for with five-star level service. Primary job duties:

• Patient Care Coordinator
• Check in/out patients
• Collect payments
• Manage scheduling
• Answer calls/texts
• Inventory management
• Occasional miscellaneous tasks like grabbing coffee, lunch, taking a package to UPS, etc.

Secondary job duties (if time permits):

Light medical assistant duties

• Prep needles and syringes
• Prep procedure tray
• Sanitize after each patient
• Apply numbing cream to patients
• Medical charting

Social media support

• Batch create social media content for Instagram and Tiktok
• Manage a social media calendar

Skills preferred:

• Experience with electronic medical record and scheduling systems such as Aesthetic Record and OpenPhone
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with medical scheduling processes and ability to manage appointments effectively
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient privacy

Work hours:

Work from home hours:

• Monday 8:00am-5:00pm (as needed)
• Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-10:00am (as needed)
• Saturday-Sunday: (as needed)

Clinic hours:

• Tuesday-Friday 10:30am - 5:30pm

Benefits/pay:

• Pay: $25/hr
• Paid time off: 2 weeks paid time off (accrued annually with each pay period)
