Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our educational team. As a Teacher's Aide, you will assist in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:
- Support classroom activities under the guidance of the lead teacher
- Assist in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom setting
- Supervise students during various activities
- Assist with behavior management and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Support students with special education needs or individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Aid in promoting literacy education and math skills development
- Assist in planning and preparing educational materials

Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare, education, or related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to assist in classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment
- Basic understanding of behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with lesson planning and educational support strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an educational team
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.60 - $16.69 per hour
