Chase Real Estate is Hiring a Real Estate Executive Assistant Near Burnsville, MN

Company Background

Chase Real Estate is a family office located in Burnsville, MN that specializes in Real Estate Development, Construction, Finance, and Property Management.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Owner and the CFO. This position will be an integral part of the family office and will be responsible for a wide range of activities to include collaborating on projects, conducting research, organizing documents, and overseeing various estate needs.

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a liaison between the family, office staff, and clients,
  • Review, understand and monitor owner/developer responsibilities per the Partnership agreements and Lease agreements,
  • Manage, engage, and fully understand the Real Estate Development activities involving collaborating with cities, lenders, and architects,
  • Manage and coordinate real estate transactions from start to finish, including document preparation, and communication with lenders, escrow companies, and buyers,
  • Efficiently coordinate and manage multiple projects, ensuring that deadlines are met, and deliverables are completed successfully,
  • Manage and monitor tenant leases, ensuring compliance and addressing all lease related issues timely,
  • Oversee preventative maintenance activities for multiple properties, ensuring their prime condition,
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating vendors and contractors engaged in property related services.
  • Manage, organize, and monitor company technology such as operating systems and websites,
  • Composes and produces business correspondence, reports and related materials or guides the work of other staff that produces these materials,
  • Review and edit materials and documents prepared by others.
  • Ensures confidentiality of all sensitive company information, such as financial records,
  • Responds to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures,
  • Ensures timely completion of assigned projects,
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required,
  • A real estate license or over 5 years’ experience in the real estate industry is highly regarded,
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with a variety of roles and individuals,
  • Able to work well independently and take ownership of tasks and projects,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong technological skills needed,
  • Experienced dealing with vendors and contractors,
  • Creative and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency,
  • Available to work in-person with flexible options,
  • A desire to learn and adapt to situations.
