The Digital Media Manager builds, grows and optimizes digital channels and marketing programs, including Chartway.com, new member email onboarding, member and prospect email, and digital advertising platforms. Develops and manages website content and design, deepens member relationships with products and services, and drives sales through Chartway digital channels. This position collaborates with marketing team, internal stakeholders, and external marketing partners.
Responsible and Accountable for:

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels, including website, online banking platform, email, and others
  • Managing recurring web content review meetings, suggesting improvements and ensuring all pages are up to date. Working with the website vendor on website upgrade projects
  • Gathering and analyzing website traffic, online behaviors, sources, funnels and conversion rates
  • Managing the email marketing process and handling the list management, deployment schedule, testing, optimizing and result reporting of email campaigns
  • Targeting and scheduling digital ads in Chartway online and mobile banking platforms and the branch digital marketing screens
  • Tracking, measuring, and reporting marketing performance on digital channels
  • Identifying opportunities to drive business through digital marketing tactics and evaluate proposals
  • Develops and communicates digital marketing strategies and tactics to colleagues and leadership
  • Evaluating and recommending new digital marketing opportunities and technologies
  • Continually monitoring, assessing, and improving the effectiveness of department, programs, best practices and processes, ensuring continual process improvement
  • Processing marketing invoices on related projects and maintaining records of marketing spend within the marketing budget, as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven successful track record in managing website keyword optimization and marketing, affiliate partnerships, merchandising, email marketing, digital media and online marketing campaigns to sell products, and drive consumer acquisition, retention and loyalty
  • Ability to research, recommend, and manage vendor partners for digital marketing
  • Experience using website content management systems, analytics solutions, and customer resource management systems
  • Proven ability to handle multiple high priority demands to achieve optimal efficiency and productivity
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Collaborative problem solver
  • Deadline driven team player with ability to prioritize
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, & UX along with ad tracking, tagging and content management
  • Strong analytical, project management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data with a key understanding of how technology operations help drive core sales results. Constant focus on ROI and results
  • Self-motivated and willing to maintain up-to-date knowledge with current and emerging digital marketing trends

Education and Experience:

  • Digital Media, Marketing, or a relevant field; qualification in Animation or Web Design is a plus
  • Experience: 5 years of proven digital marketing experience
  • Experience managing a B2C website, as well as experience designing, developing and measuring multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Financial services experience a plus
