Job Description Job Title: HR Administrator Reports To HR Manager

Job Summary:

The HR Assistant is responsible for supporting the HR department’s administrative duties and special projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. The HR Admin will file and scan miscellaneous paperwork as needed.

2. The HR Admin will process new hire paperwork.

3. The HR Admin will undertake multiple special projects.

4. The HR Admin will use Excel spreadsheets to keep track of processes and candidates.

5. The HR Admin will take on other responsibilities as assigned.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • The HR Admin must be self-motivated, positive in approach, and professional, and help create, develop, and implement project process improvement(s).
  • The HR Admin must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners.
  • The HR Admin must be able to act as the Company liaison for interface with customer representative(s).
  • The HR Admin must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to effectively read and write.
  • The HR Admin must have the ability to learn Company computer system(s).
  • The HR Admin must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information.
  • The HR Admin must be able to work independently.

Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Must possess a minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience in telecommunications or related technical field.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must meet Company minimum driving standards.

Contract to hire.

Entry-level position, pay range is $20.00- $22.00 per hr.
