Charter One is now accepting applications for a Data Coordinator Assistant. The Data Coordinator Assistant will assist the Student Information Systems (SIS) Team with all tasks related to troubleshooting issues, identifying areas for improvement, documenting process and facilitating solutions.

Job expectations include, but are not limited to:

• Embraces the Charter One values in performing all position requirements.
• Work directly with end users to translate business requests into technical requirements.
• Communicate across departments to accurately identify needs for the Data Coordinators.
• Run tests and validation using live data to facilitate solutions.
• Provide day-to-day support for all internal databases and Data Coordinator team.
• Potential for SQL query introduction.
• Data entry and clerical work as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications:

• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on projects both independently and as a team.
• Able to think quickly and produce high-quality results under strict deadlines.
• Intermediate Excel experience.
• Analytic ability to work with data.
• Problem solving skills, ability to be creative and research potential solutions.
• Customer Service mind set.
