Charter Communications is Hiring a Mgr, Programmatic Sales - Ad Sales Near New York, NY

The Manager, Programmatic Sales will support Spectrum Reach's rapidly growing programmatic CTV direct sales efforts to national brands & agencies. In this role, you will drive Programmatic direct sales for a specific list of target customers. You will be focused on developing and executing account plans to grow revenue across Programmatic deals both P&P and PG.

Major Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  • Accelerate programmatic revenue, achieving personal and team targets.
  • Execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and ensure success in achieving the company's and our client's business objectives.
  • Support a high-energy sales culture that fosters success, enthusiasm, and a winning atmosphere.
  • Partner with internal peers and associated cross functional teams to innovate and scale solution enhancements required to accelerate revenue.
  • Maintain effective communications with executive team and managers across the organization to ensure Sales Plan is executed and/or modified as needed and that revenues goals are achieved.
  • Proactively communicate bad news quickly and directly to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proactively grow and maintain network for potential partnerships.
  • Actively seeks feedback from internal customers relative to the team's processes and performance.
  • Solicits input for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Escalates issues with thoughtful recommendations to leadership as appropriate.
  • Expresses information and ideas concisely and in a compelling manner both written and orally.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience with proven track record of leading media sales teams to increasing levels of performance.
  • 2 years national sales experience with proven track record of building customer partnerships and achieving sales budgets.
  • Prior leadership experience in a revenue impacting capacity withing programmatic CTV
  • Skilled in sales strategy, sales planning, and revenue forecasting
  • Passionate about the convergence of entertainment, technology, and data that is fueling new opportunities for Spectrum Reach and our customers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence while building strong relationships at all levels both externally and internally.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to quickly scale progress in a complex business landscape.

A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.
The pay for this position has a salary range of $83,200.00 to $109,700.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $60,933.
