Family owned construction cleaning company looking for a part time billing specialist.
Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing: Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. Code and enter invoices into the accounting system with precision. Obtain necessary approvals for payment processing.
Looking for 3 days a week from 9 to 2 each day . Must be flexible with work days.
Qualifications:
Bi-lingual is a plus
Previous construction is a plus.
Proficient in the use of Quickbooks Online Software is a MUST.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Stong Organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
