Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system (Aloha POS)
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, providing change, and processing payments
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus, but training will be provided
