Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional hospitality to each customer.
• Prepare and assemble food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
• Maintain sanitation practices in food handling and preparation.
• Monitor food and smoothie workstations.
• Clean and organize kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas.
• Operate the register accurately, handling cash responsibly.
• Follow safety and security policies.
• Communicate positively with managers, co-workers, guests, and the public.
• Embrace OHM culture initiatives.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Hours:

• Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Light Work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally.
• Significant walking or standing required.
• May occasionally lift in excess of 40 pounds.

• Inside work environment, protection from weather conditions.
