Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety
- Operate cash register or Aloha POS system to process transactions accurately
- Cleaning restrooms/gutters/floors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic retail math for cash handling and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
