Charles River Recovery LLC is Hiring a Nursing Staff Coordinator (Part-Time 20 HRS/WEEK) Near Weston, MA
Position Overview:The Staff Coordinator is the key personnel responsible for creating and managing the work schedules for the nursing department. Working in conjunction with the Director of Nursing, the Staff Coordinator will ensure proper nurse staffing within all budget guidelines. The staffing coordinator is responsible for daily management of all nurse staffing. The staffing coordinator should manage call outs and coverage issues. Other tasks as assigned. Work schedule will be variable days and hours.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain all nursing department schedules.
- Manage live Excel schedule that is posted on Sharepoint.
- Work with individual team members and leadership to schedule and cover PTO requests.
- Work with leadership and Leads to fill and short notice “call outs.”
- Manage to ensure that overtime pay is held to a minimum.
- Ordering of supplies as needed

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred
- Requires strong computer and internet research skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Sharepoint, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload
