Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing HR policies and procedures, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR management.

The Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) knowledge
  • Experience in HR policies development and implementation
  • Employee benefits administration and knowledge of employee benefits laws
  • Personnel management and recordkeeping
  • Experience in HR management including recruitment, retention, and performance management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of human resources experience, OR
