Your Role:

Join Champion Pro LLC as our Sales Manager and work closely with our Lead Marketing Director to spearhead the formation of a robust sales team within our construction company. Your primary responsibility will be to lead, motivate, and empower a team of sales professionals in the construction industry. Collaborating with our marketing team, you will strategize and execute plans to drive sales growth and enhance our market presence.

What we offer:

Competitive base salary $1200 Monthlyplus high commission payouts at a tiered rate.
Income that ranges between 80k and 120k by the first year.
