Location: In Person San Antonio, Texas

Summary:
Join our team at Titan Factory Direct as a Maintenance and Cleaning Specialist! We are seeking a dedicated individual to maintain cleanliness and orderliness across our manufactured home models and facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our customers and visitors by upholding high standards of cleanliness and assisting with light maintenance tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum hallways, restrooms, lunch areas, and other designated areas.
- Keep model homes clean and presentable for tours and visits.
- Empty trash and garbage containers regularly.
- Notify management of any major repairs or additions needed for lighting, heating, or ventilation systems.
- Run errands as needed to support operations.
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as furniture moving, repairs, and basic electrical work.
- Adhere to safety and security procedures and comply with company policies.
- Read and interpret written information, write clear statements, and communicate effectively orally.
- Operate power equipment commonly used in janitorial operations.
- Demonstrate professionalism and manage time efficiently to complete tasks effectively.

Qualifications:
- Ability to observe safety and security procedures and comply with policies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor.
- Experience with janitorial operations and power equipment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks such as light repairs and electrical work.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

- Monday-Friday
- $16/hour
- 6:30 am - 2:30 pm
