Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing nursing team in Dyersburg, TN. As a LPN- Med Passer you will work alongside the Director of Nursing/Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our residents: administrating medication. Additionally, provide support and directions to the nursing assistants. 

This position is Full-Time or Part-Time with rotation weekends. Hours are: 7p-11p. 

Requirements:

• Active TN LPN License
• Great customer service skills
• Passion to work with the aging population 
• Great communications skills 
• Able to work rotating weekends
