Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a medical records clerk to join our team in Dyersburg, TN. The Medical Records Clerk will be responsible for managing and overseeing the resident medical records within the facility.

Some job duties may include:

- Creating a chart for new patients 

- Gathering demographic information from patients for record

- Maintaining all records so they can be easily accessed

- Retrieves medical records from care provided outside the facility

- Protects patient data within the records

This is a full time position Monday-Friday working day hours. 

Job Requirements:

• Highschool Education or a Nursing License in TN
• Extreme Organizational skills
• Experience in long term care is preferred
• Experience in Medical Records is preferred
