Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a passionate Director of Nursing for our Pediatric Unit.

As the Director of Nursing you have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing the day to day patient care, supervising, directing and developing the nursing staff. This is done with federal and state regulatory compliance while following policies and procedures. This position is the point person and liaison between the residents and families while providing excellent follow up and customer service. PLUS- we are offering a $10,000 sign on bonus with this position which is paid on every paycheck!!!

This position is full time working 4 days (10hr shifts) with 1 day off a week!!  NO WEEKENDS OR ON-CALL

Job Requirements:

• Active RN License in the state of NJ
• Pediatric nursing experience is preferred
• 1 year of full time experience in nursing supervison and or administration in a licensed health care facility

Job Duties include:

• Provide supervison of all nursing staff and unlicensed assistive personnel
• Provide direction, provision and quality of nursing services provided to children
• Oversee the pre-admission and discharge planning processes
• Manage and develop the interdisciplinary plan of care for each child
• Maintain contact with each childs primary health care provider at least every 60 days or more
• Assess each childs health service needs
• Maintain records as required by the facility
