Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center located in Dyersburg, TN is seeking for passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our growing nursing team. As a LPN you will work alongside the Director of Nursing/Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care to our residents: administrating IVs and medication and monitoring the resident's vitals. Plus, we're offering a $10,000.00 Sign-On Bonus for FT. 

This position is Full-Time with rotating weekends. Hours: 7a-7p- Day Shift

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour plus a shift differential for evening and night shift. 

Requirements:

• Active TN License Practical Nurse (LPN) license 
• Great customer service skills
• Passion to work with the aging population 
• Great communications skills 
• Able to work rotating weekends
