Madison Health and Rehabilitation is seeking for an energic leader to join their team as an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator. As the Assistant Administrator you will support the Executive Administrator in leading and managing our You will be responsible for managing the daily operations and financial planning of the community. As well as implementing strategic programs that focuses on the care and quality of life for our residents and staff. 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • NHA licensed preferred 
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Administrator, Administrator in Training or similar role in a long-term care healthcare setting
  • Understanding of Federal and State regulations and requirements for long-term care.
