The Bay at Belmont Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking for an experience Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead and manage our 83-Bed long term care facility in Madison, WI. As the Nursing Home Administrator,you will be responsible for managing the daily operations and financial planning of the community. As well as implementing strategic programs that focuses on the care and quality of life for our residents and staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of WI
• 3 years of experience in Long Term Care or similar setting
• Familiar with the Federal and state Regulations and requirements for long term care
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to work in a diverse group of population
