Position Summary
Chaminade University of Honolulu’s (CUH) Total Rewards Lead is an integral part of the Human Resources team as they support the design, communication and maintenance of the university’s total rewards programs focused around CUH people strategy initiatives including benefit programs, compensation analysis, equity and inclusion, performance management, employee development, and employee engagement.

Physical Requirements
Duties involve light work in an office and education setting. Requires long periods of time at a desk either sitting or standing. Must be able to lift ten (10) pounds, walk the campus (including stairs), and have excellent motor skills. Must have finger dexterity.
